Your Purpose to the Team:
Elevate our brand presence by driving engagement & conversion through compelling visual storytelling across platforms
Apply strong design sensibility to maintain consistency while adapting to different formats like posters, carousels, e-books, etc.

What You’ll Own & Drive:
Create original & innovative designs
Strategic & engaging visual content for social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
Adapt designs appropriately across various media formats including social media, ebooks & marketing materials
High-impact marketing assets—posters, carousels, e-books & more
Maintain & evolve the brand’s visual identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints
Craft visually stunning presentations that enhance marketing & sales initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to align brand communication with business goals
Develop & refine brand guidelines, keeping them relevant & adaptable
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in communication design, preferably in design, tech, or marketing
A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding & visual storytelling (motion design is a plus)
Ability to adapt to emerging design trends while maintaining brand integrity
Strong design sensibility with the ability to translate concepts across diverse formats
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite & Figma for design execution
Deep understanding of typography, color theory & visual hierarchy
Fast learner with the ability to work independently & collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects & deadlines
Familiarity with social media trends & digital marketing best practices
